Remove the Anti-Homeless Spikes

It beggars belief that humans could treat other humans in this way.

Please sign this petition and share it with everyone you know. This isn’t good enough for our City or for our world. Apparently Boris has spoken out but we need to send a clear message that this is never acceptable.
