Today we are very happy to announce the winner of Britain’s Best Volunteer- Emma Hall!
Along with Paul Aveyard from Markel, I visited Emma and her amazing team at Stepping Stones DS. It was inspiring to see what they have achieved, to hear their personal stories and meet some of the lovely children who are involved in the group. They all gave us a wonderful welcome into their community.
Thanks so much to everyone who nominated and everyone who voted in the public vote and of course all of the incredible people who were put forward! You are amazing.

Thank you Alex, and thank you for visiting us this week. When Sharon and I started Stepping Stones we had no idea how quickly the group would grow. The children/ young people we support are truly amazing and my life is richer for knowing them and their families.
